Game 56: Indians (29-25) @ Tigers (25-30), 7:05 p.m.

Miggy and the Mudhens will take the stage for an encore this evening against the Cleveland Indians. Jeanmar Gomez is on the mound for the Indians, while Max Scherzer will hope to bring his May success into June for the Tigers. Gomez has been inconsistent for the Indians so far this year and his last two outings have been among his worst of the season. Also, I think that it’s interesting that Matt Young isn’t in the lineup after going home with the dreaded golden sombrero last night. Surprising? Not really. But definitely interesting. Don’t be surprised if he’s back in Toledo by the end of the week to make room for another outfielder (I’m not naming names) returning from the DL.

This just in Brennan Boesch is a horrible outfielder and he just cost the Tigers 3 runs. I would say he might make up for it with his bat but we all know that most likely will not be true………………………………………………………………………………………….
