Game 41: Tigers (23-17) @ Rangers (27-15)
Hey there, you know what’s funny? Grimm. Grimm is funny.

10 wins and 30 losses just looks wrong. Anyway, Dallas Keuchel, a lefty, takes on Max Scherzer, a righty, in today’s matinée match. Avisail Garcia is starting his first game of the season, batting ninth, playing center field.
The perils of a poor weekend series behind them, the Tigers gladly welcome the Houston Astros farm team, the Houston Astros, onto the playing field for tonights contest.
Max Scherzer can now take his 13.2 K/9 rate into Houston where the Astros strike out at something like a 76% clip.
Austin Jackson has his first day off of the year. I wouldn’t do it in a game at Tal’s Hill, but it is the Astros.
This is bound to be a blowout. Poor Tigers bullpen.
Apologies for yesterdays absence, apparently everyone was unavailable for a Justin Verlander start. We should all be flogged.
It’s April 29th and the Tigers are even with the Twins in the loss column! Spectacular!
